Terms

MASK FEE
Customers requiring our installers to wear masks will be charged an additional $20/hr per installer.

MAGNETIC LOCKS
Saberin Security is not liable for issues resulting from the use of magnetic locks.

SCOPE OF WORK
Proposals by Saberin Security contain our entire scope of work and constitute the entire agreement between Saberin Security and Customers.

WARRANTY
Saberin Security provides a three (3) month warranty on parts and labor.

PAYMENT TERMS
Unless otherwise stated, we require two thirds (2/3) of the installation price prior to ordering equipment or commencing work.

CHANGES IN SCOPE
During an installation, additional labor may be charged to a Customer based on changes in scope.

CANCELLATIONS
When canceling a fixed-price contract, Customers are responsible for paying 10% of the entire contract.

DISPUTES
Unresolved disagreements are handled by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Construction Industry Arbitration Rules.
